We had an issue with our existing sewer line and called R&R. They were able to come out same day for a consultation and to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it was not a simple fix. They were able to get us scheduled a few days later to dig up a large portion of pipe and replace it. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Alisha, Eric, and Dalton were all great to work with. Highly recommend this company if you have plumbing needs!

I'm in a unique position as I've used this company at the home I live in as well as in a professional setting while building new homes. At my personal home I had them replace 2 water heaters. Everything went seamlessly and the owner even stopped by during the installation to see if the tech needed anything. Professionally, I've worked around this company for years since I work for a residential home builder. They have hands down the best plumbers I've worked around. From their rough-in guys like the Schwartz brothers to the water and sewer installer Cade, they all take the job with a professional attitude you don't see everyday. Eric did a fantastic job. I received a text when he was on his way to my house. The office was a pleasure to work with when scheduling. I thought the project price was a little high. However, the service was excellent.
